The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

Great location for business travel and good value for the price. the clean and well-maintained room offered a pleasant and comfortable stay. the breakfast included diverse options and was filling.

The hotel lacks sufficient staff to attend to guests' needs. the language barrier can be challenging, as there is only one person who speaks some English.

On the other hand - good location - a lot of shops, restaurants, kebabs, a train station Bairkoy 10 min walk - the city center 30 min ride. But if you want to visit Istambul thisis not ahotel for you. Too far from city center. Breakfest OK - they serve it in the room every day - bread, cheese, some olives, egg, tomato, honey, butter. Wifi - ok, sometimes slow, but fine.

The staff doesn't speak English [well, they think they do, but they don't]. Not very clean, they're changing sheets & covers like once in 3 days. During my 7-days-stay they didn't empty the dustbin even once. Quite noisy - a kind of night club just next to it (music to 1-2 AM, but only once during my stay). Unpleasent smell in the bathroom.

Liked the rooms and location,there are many shops near the hotel and is near the sea and you can have a promenade

I didn't like Stairs,Reception ,when I had already booked the shuttle service was for free on the web site and for this reason I booked that hoteland but shuttle service is not for free you have to pay 30 try approximately 15 Euro ,20 usd if you use city taxi is 10 try,

Good price for the central location, with several amenities nearby including shops and restaurants. The room and bed were clean, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi access.

We found a reasonably priced hotel that seemed promising. the location was convenient, being close to various amenities. the room had some advantages, with a comfortable bed and decent size. the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the hotel offered breakfast, although there have been some issues with the timing.

The staff's behavior was disappointing, as they were unfriendly and unhelpful during check, in. It was also frustrating that the hotel did not meet some prior requests and had broken or damaged amenities.
